Life Coaching has helped many realize their goals and alter the course of their lives. As a life coach, I empower clients to determine their goals and devise the action plans to achieve them while learning to overcoming indecision and conquer obstacles. Life coaches essentially partner with their clients to achieve their goals and make positive changes in their lives.

Coaches can help their clients to identify and realize their own strengths while empowering and supporting clients to make the changes they are looking for in their lives. The client then learns to develop the skills to gain mastery over their lives and especially those areas of life where they may need support and guidance to realize the changes they wish to make. Clients also learn to overcome indecision, fear and the fear of failure and fear of change in their lives. Clients also learn to break the cycle of living with a fixed mindset and begin promoting changes that lead to a mindset that fosters growth while learning the process of developing an awareness and mindfulness of their own thought processes and emotions while learning to replace negative and self-defeating thoughts, emotions and beliefs with productive thoughts and thinking through positive self-talk and developing an awareness of the environment and those things which trigger negative emotions and responses.

MENTAL RESILIENCE - Resilience coaching helps individuals enhance their ability to overcome obstacles and difficulties in life. Resilience goes beyond just bouncing back from adversity - it involves learning from experiences and developing the skills to adapt and navigate future challenges effectively. A resilience coach supports individuals in learning how to respond and adapt to tough situations, using them as opportunities to progress towards their goals.
SELF-DISIPLINE - Clients who may be facing difficulties and obstacles build resilience, self-motivation, and self-confidence to remain dedicated to their goals throughout their self-discipline journey.

Appointment Options.
Clients can choose to meet with the Life Coach virtually via FACETIME (U.S.A and Internationally) or by phone (U.S.A. Only) for an audio call. If you live outside of the Eastern Standard Time Zone, then please keep in mind that when you make your appointment you will be making it for Eastern Standard Time.
In-Person Home Appointments are also available to clients living in the State of Connecticut, U.S.A. (Greater Hartford Area Only) and the Life Coach will meet the client in the comfort of their own home at a mutually agreed upon and convenient time.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Please note that when you make an appointment it will be in accordance with U.S./ Eastern Standard Time (i.e. New York Time). All life coaching sessions are conducted in the English language, and clients should be able to communicate in English and to understand the English spoken language. Also, all sessions will be conducted using FaceTime.
